Flexible work schedule management:
Set your workdays and hours exactly how you prefer. You can flexibly configure which days you work each week and the specific time periods within those days. If your schedule is the same every week, you can set it as the default for the week, and this arrangement will automatically apply to subsequent weeks.
Exceptions and vacations:
For extraordinary situations or vacations, you can easily record these exceptions. This ensures that everyone knows precisely when your services are available. You also control how far in advance your calendar is open for booking.
Service management:
If you want your clients to book appointments with you, you need to add the services you offer. For each service, you can specify its name, price, average duration, and a brief description.
Setup transition time:
For each service, you can also set a transition time, which is useful for scheduling activities like disinfection or preparation before the next client arrives.
Client Booking Permission:
Allow your clients to book appointments online themselves, reducing misunderstandings and errors. You can easily enable or disable this feature according to your preferences.
Automatic Booking Acceptance:
If you activate this feature, all incoming bookings will automatically be added to your calendar. Alternatively, you can choose to manually approve bookings if you prefer.
Cancellation Option: Enable clients to cancel their appointments on their own by turning on this option. You can specify how much time in advance cancellations are allowed to avoid last-minute cancellations.
Protection Against Misuse:
If a client has abused your trust, such as repeatedly missing appointments, you can easily add them to the blacklist. Just provide their name and phone number, and they will no longer be able to book appointments with you.
Easy Sharing:
In the settings, you'll find your unique booking link, which you can share anywhere – such as on your website, via email, or on social media. Your clients can use this link to book appointments with you directly.
Clear Booking Management:
In your calendar and under the "Bookings" menu, you can easily view and manage all your appointments. If you haven't enabled automatic acceptance, you can manually approve or reject new bookings here.
Detailed Appointment Management: For each appointment, you can view the client's name, contact information, selected services, and any notes related to the booking. If needed, you can edit or cancel the appointment and access the client's detailed profile as well.
